Library credentials and attribution

Review source links, creator declarations and AI credentials across a library, and correct mistaken attribution.

提示

This feature is experimental. Automatic source matching can be wrong; verify important images before saving corrections.

Scan your library

  1. Connect the library in Resource Library.
  2. Open Toolbox → Library Credentials and start a whole-library scan.
  3. Progress distinguishes local checks from online source tracing. Website access and network conditions affect online results.
  4. Filter untraced, traced, declared, trusted-credential or AI-generated items, or search filenames, notes and source URLs.

Library indexing makes images searchable. Credential management focuses on where they came from and how they are attributed.

Inspect and correct an image

Select an image to read its credentials, source and attribution in the right pane. Run a fresh check if needed, or edit the artist, work and character fields, then save.

A traced source is different from a verified credential. Absence of an AI credential does not prove that AI was never used, and does not grant permission to republish the work.

Correct several images

Use Ctrl or Shift to select multiple items, then apply the correction from the right pane. Check the selection and item count before saving.

  • Leaving Artist blank clears artist attribution on the selected items.
  • Leaving Work or Character blank preserves the existing values.
  • The result reports successful saves; inspect any remaining failures before retrying.

For details of one file's C2PA manifest or generation parameters, use AI Credential Check.
