Architect Showcase
The Nephele startup screen features artwork by real artists — with a byline and a link to their homepage. That's the Architect Showcase: every launch becomes a small gallery, and the artists who use Nephele get seen.
Your work appears in two places:
- Startup screen: one piece per launch, drawn at random; newly published pieces get priority;
- Gallery: the Architect Showcase gallery on the About page, where all current pieces can be browsed.
Hovering over the startup screen reveals a "Meet the artist" action that opens your homepage. This is a display collaboration, not a buyout — you keep the copyright, and you can withdraw at any time.
How to submit
Submissions are open to every signed-in user; works by Architect's Seal holders carry a Seal mark on display. Open the Architect Showcase gallery on the About page and click Submit:
- Pick an artwork file. The original is uploaded byte-for-byte — no compression, no re-encoding;
- Drag and zoom in the preview to compose. The display frame is landscape 3:2, and the crop is your call — we never crop for you;
- Enter your byline (required); homepage link and title are optional;
- Agree to the submission license terms and submit.
What we accept
- Original work only. The display slots involve commercial use, which requires a complete chain of rights, so unauthorized third-party IP derivative works aren't accepted for now; purely AI-generated work is out of scope.
- Finished work you'd sign and publish. If it still feels like a work-in-progress, come back when it's done.
- At most 2 pieces per artist on display at once. New work can replace older pieces.
Provenance checks
Every accepted piece is verified with Nephele's own tools: reverse image search for the earliest publication record, cross-checked against your homepage. If anything is unclear, we'll ask for process material — layered-file screenshots, sketches, or mid-process snapshots from Process Recorder.
The submission dialog has an optional proof slot: if you recorded the piece with Process Recorder, you can attach mid-process snapshots straight from the archive. Proof material is used for review only and is deleted once handled — it is never displayed.
Display and license
- Your byline and homepage link are always shown with the work;
- The license is non-exclusive, revocable, and royalty-free — not a copyright transfer;
- Your work is never used to train any AI model, never sublicensed, and never used on its own as a marketing visual.

Review and withdrawal
Submissions are reviewed by hand; the result is sent to your registered email.
To take a displayed piece down, just say so in the in-app feedback: it's removed from the distribution manifest, the server copy is deleted, and the website is updated; distributed clients clear their local caches on the next online launch.
