Aggregate Upload

Aggregate Upload is Nephele's multi-platform publishing assistant. Just upload a single image of your artwork, and it automatically generates matching post copy and tags for 7 platforms — each platform's copy is tailored to that platform's tone, language conventions, and audience preferences. Once generated, copy it with one click and paste it into the corresponding platform.

技巧

Aggregate Upload consumes Stamina, because it calls the AI to analyze your image and write the copy. A single generation typically costs around 5–15 points.

How to Use

1. Upload Your Artwork

Supports PNG / JPG / WebP formats. We recommend uploading the final published version (rather than a watermarked preview), because the AI needs the actual image content to write the copy.

2. Choose Platforms

Nephele can generate dedicated copy for the following 7 platforms:

PlatformCopy languagePlatform tone
PixivJapaneseArtist community, leans toward technical descriptions
ArtStationEnglishProfessional portfolio, leans toward project context
Twitter/XEnglishSocial media, short and punchy
XiaohongshuChineseLifestyle sharing, light and lively
WeiboChineseSocial interaction, can include topic hashtags
BilibiliChinesePosts/articles, suited to longer descriptions
DouyinChineseShort-video platform, concise and eye-catching

You can select them all, or just pick a few.

3. Add Artwork Details (Optional)

If you want the copy to mention information that isn't visible in the image (for example, "this is fan art for a certain game" or "I used an impasto technique"), you can share these notes with Nephele in the Agent chat, and it will weave them into the copy.

4. Configure Copyright Licensing (Optional)

You can attach a copyright statement to your published content, and Nephele will automatically append it to the end of each platform's copy:

OptionDescription
Allow repostingOthers may share your artwork
Allow commercial useOthers may use your artwork for commercial purposes
Allow derivative worksOthers may create derivative works based on your artwork
Prohibit AI trainingExplicitly declares that the work may not be used to train AI models

Based on your choices, the system automatically generates the corresponding Creative Commons license statement (such as CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) or an All Rights Reserved statement.

提示

A copyright statement is just a textual reminder — it has no automatic enforcement power. For genuine legal protection, use Nephele's Digital Proof feature.

5. Click "Let AI Write My Copy"

The AI analyzes your image content, then writes dedicated copy for each selected platform. This usually takes 5–15 seconds. Once generated, each platform expands into its own card, and both the copy and the title can be edited directly within the card.

6. Copy or One-Click Fill

Every platform card has a "Copy" button — copy the content and paste it into that platform's upload page; the direct link to the upload page on each card takes you straight to that platform's posting page with a single click.

If you've installed the Nephele Wisp browser extension, you can also use One-Click Fill on the card to drop the image and copy directly into that platform's draft. Either way, you always click the publish button yourself — Nephele will never publish for you.

What the Generated Content Includes

Each platform receives:

  • Platform-specific copy — tone and length adjusted to that platform's user habits
  • Tags — split into three groups: Chinese tags, English tags, and Japanese tags, to use as needed
  • Upload link — a direct link to that platform's posting page

技巧

The generated copy is a starting point, not the finish line. We recommend fine-tuning it after copying to fit your actual needs — for example, adding your personal catchphrases, adjusting the density of emoji, or noting how you felt that day.

Bilibili 100-Day Creation Challenge (Check-In Preset)

If you're taking part in Bilibili's 100-Day Creation Challenge, Aggregate Upload offers a 100-Day Check-In Preset that switches your publishing setup to check-in mode with one click:

  1. Choose the theme you're participating in (Artist 100-Day Creation Challenge / 100-Day Sketch Challenge / Luo Tianyi 30-Day Drawing Challenge / Puella Magi Madoka Magica 100-Day Drawing)
  2. Enter the date of Day 1 of the challenge, and Nephele will automatically calculate what day it is today and generate DAY 01DAY 100 titles
  3. Click "100-Day Check-In Preset," and it will automatically select only Bilibili, fill in the DAY title, and attach the corresponding topic (without overwriting any copy you've already written)
  4. Generate or write your copy as usual, then copy / one-click fill it into Bilibili to publish

提示

The check-in preset simply pre-selects the platform, title, and topic for you — it doesn't change how the copy is generated. You can still click "Let AI Write My Copy" as needed, or write it yourself by hand.

Using It in Agent Chat

In the Agent chat, you can invoke Aggregate Upload like this:

"Help me write some copy suited for posting on Xiaohongshu"

"Generate publishing content for this image on Pixiv and Twitter"

"Write a professional ArtStation description, emphasizing that this is a concept design piece"

The Agent will automatically invoke Aggregate Upload and return copy for the specified platforms.

FAQ

Q: Will Aggregate Upload automatically publish to the platforms for me?

No. The core of Aggregate Upload is to generate copy and tags; even if you use One-Click Fill to drop the content into a platform draft, you always click the publish button yourself — Nephele will not publish for you. This is to protect your account security and your control over your content.

Q: Will the generated copy be repetitive?

No. Each platform's copy is generated independently, with tone and structure adjusted to the platform's character. For example, for the same artwork, the Xiaohongshu copy might read "Drew a super soothing fan piece today — the process was incredibly relaxing ✨," while the ArtStation copy might read "Concept art for an unreleased RPG project, focusing on atmospheric lighting and environmental storytelling."

Q: Are the tags universal, or different for each platform?

The tags are split into three groups: Chinese tags, English tags, and Japanese tags. Different platforms recommend using tags in different languages (for example, Pixiv uses Japanese tags and Twitter uses English tags), but the tag content itself is generated uniformly based on the image content.

Q: Why am I sometimes not satisfied with the results?

AI copywriting relies on visual understanding of the image content. If the image is fairly abstract, heavily metaphorical, or about a very niche subject, the AI may not accurately capture the core of what you want to express. In that case, we recommend adding context about the artwork's background in the Agent chat, or manually editing it directly in the platform card after generation.

Q: Can I generate copy for just one platform?

Yes. Simply check only the platform you need in the platform selection area. No matter how many platforms you select, only one generation request is made and the image is analyzed only once — you are not charged repeatedly per platform.

AI-generated copy is for reference only. We recommend personalizing it to fit your actual situation before publishing.
